We ship worldwide! UK standard delivery is free on orders over £75. For international customers, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We provide a pre-paid return portal for UK customers, while international returns are currently self-funded.
Are your clothes ethically made?
Sustainability and ethics are at our core. We work closely with our primary factory in North India and smaller suppliers in the UK, ensuring fair wages and safe working conditions. We use organic GOTS-certified cotton and recycled materials whenever possible.
How should I wash my Yaks to keep them looking bright?
To preserve the vibrant colors and fabric integrity, we recommend washing your items inside out on a cool, gentle cycle (30°C) with similar colors. Avoid tumble drying and air dry away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
