At Lucy & Yak, we want you to love your items, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached to support our circular fashion mission.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like a refund, an exchange for a different size, or store credit, then choose your preferred drop-off location.
Package Your Items
Re-use your original biodegradable mailing bag if possible, include the packing slip, and securely attach the generated return shipping label.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point and keep your proof of postage; we will process your refund within 7-10 working days of receipt.
